Heavy Maintenance Planner
Responsible
for scheduling aircraft for heavy maintenance visits and
assembling the associated aircraft work packages based
on resource requirements and availability. Heavy
Maintenance Planners ensure the ‘People, Parts, Planes
and Paperwork’ are available to maintain the FAA
approved Maintenance Program. Heavy Maintenance Planners
coordinate with Operations Routing, Maintenance Control,
Production, Engineering, Materials and the Heavy
Maintenance Vendor to efficiently complete required
tasks assigned to heavy maintenance visits.
